We ordered 15 painted wood casement windows in a variety of sizes, some opening, some not, some with Georgian bars, some not. We also had two different paint colours, and were colour-matching to F&B colours we're using elsewhere. They dealt with all our requests with ease. There's a real personal touch all the way through from survey to fitting. Josh Lewington describes the job being “completed to perfection, from survey to installation”. ### Awkward specifications handled Gavin McGinty ordered 15 painted wood casement windows in a mix of sizes, some opening, some fixed, some with Georgian bars, in two paint colours matched to Farrow & Ball shades used elsewhere in the house. That is exactly the kind of order that in-house manufacturing exists for. ### Payment in stages, not up front Carol Wyett notes being invoiced at each stage rather than paying the whole amount before work started: a deliberate policy, not a concession. ### Recommended on to friends Becky Maitland recommended us to friends who then had work completed themselves.
